Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst
Ammonia Decomposition Catalysts are utilized upstream from Claus Reactors in Claus furnaces. Gases coming into these apparatuses contain ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen cyanide (HCN), which can corrode equipment and deactivate Claus catalysts. Our catalyst decomposes these corrosive compounds into inert N2, H2 and CO, and protects downstream equipment and Claus catalysts.
